I started Fraction because I’ve never fitted neatly into a single job title. Over the years, I’ve built up a mix of skills that don’t usually live in the same person, let alone the same business.

I’ve led brand and marketing strategy at a senior level. I’ve worked hands-on as a designer and creative director, I’ve produced, filmed and edited video, created motion graphics and delivered award-winning marketing campaigns. I’ve written positioning, built campaigns, overhauled digital systems, and helped teams get clear on what they’re really trying to say.

But I’ve also been out in the field fixing high-end HPLC equipment. I know what it’s like to be the person solving problems under pressure, when downtime isn't an option.

That combination and experience means Fraction can operate in the abstract and the practical. Strategy and delivery. Creative and technical. The real world doesn’t separate these things, so neither do I.

I work with businesses that value experience, not ego. Ones that don’t care how a problem is solved, as long as it’s solved properly.

His role is to set direction, support the team, and make sure Fraction continues to provide reliable, value-driven services for every client.
